I just updated to 2026 SP1.1, and every time I create a new route, the software crashes. I am going to downgrade to the old version SP0.0 and hope that fixes the problem, but I am open to any suggestions.
I pinpointed the issue to SolidWorks saving the route assembly externally, even though my settings are set to always save it internally. I know the reason for the crash, but I can't fix it because SolidWorks still tries to create a new route assembly with the same name as another route in the assembly, which results in a crash.
Also, since this new update, if I try to edit any old routes, it still leads to a crash. Very interesting software update.
