Hello,

We have implemented a route-based release process for part approvals, where drawings are attached as representations of the corresponding parts. Hence the release of a part promotes the represented drawing to 'Released' as well.

When a part is released through a route and the route is completed, we expect the approver information from the route to be captured and populated into the mapped fields of the drawing.

However, when a part is released via the route, the system only records "User Agent" for the first task instead of capturing the actual responsible users for all the tasks who approved the route.
