I'm looking for the method to analyze rotational vibration on an assembly.

I have input parameters of a dither at 720 Hz, 0.003 to 0.004 degrees rotational vibration about the center axis.

A circuit board is mounted on the dither hinge, but the board does not dither. The outer mount surface of the hinge is fixed to a housing.

The goal is to identify stresses at the mounting points at some relatively large components on the circuit board.
