Good Afternoon,

I am trying to create an animation of the following assembly that moves in various degrees of freedom.  So far i have been able to rotate the 1.5" pipe inside the 2" sleeve and also slide the 1.5" pipe within the 2" sleeve.  However, i am stuck on rotating the 2" sleeve and the components associated with it like a see saw about the small 0.75" "pins".  I tried using a "motor" function but that does' seem to work, or atleast i have chosen the wrong parameters.  The last move i need the model to make is rotating the 3" sleeve and the rest of the components that rest on top of the 3" sleeve around the 2.5" sleeve

Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated.
