In the documentation it was not clear to me how to make the rotation how I wanted using the Rotate About Scene Floor.

I am not interested to re-program the views, since that would make any drawings wrong.

Edit Scene - ok, then it worked.

Very useful when looking at plant designs.

I would like another setting as well. - Do not rotate under Floor, since on plant layouts there is no interest to look from underneath the object.

Same setting as well could be useful in eDrawings.
