Can someone check this for me?

I have some assemblies I created in 2012 which I am attempting to right click on individuel parts within this assembly and show hidden lines. it doesnt work. It will work on the same parts providing they are not in an assembly, and it will work on parts and assemblies created in 2013. Just not in assemblies created in 2012.

I have sent this to my VAR, so If they have an answer I will post it here, but as this is kind of urgent I am posting here too...
