I have a user who seems to have some reoccurring issues with Solidworks drawings. One of these issues is when he copies a Note using the Right Click -> Copy Entities, the Note will copy over but it will change a font color. However, if he uses the Copy Entities command on the toolbar, he does not get this issue, and the Note copies over directly.

Similarly, if he tries to place a Datum using the Right Click -> Annotations -> Datum Feature Symbol, it will pop up the command below. However, if he selects the Datum Feature Symbol on the toolbar, it will work properly.

He is using the same template every other user is, and we have tried using a different wireless/wired mouses. Could this be an error somewhere in Solidworks?
