So i'm trying to revolve a cut around an axis and i have the edge of the contour that is coincident with the centerline. The revolve cut won't let me cut anything that touches the centerline.  I'm trying to cut a point with a specified angle at the end of a small cylinder, similar to this http://store.barton.com/img/product/WF040014_1.jpg.

How exactly can i accomplish this?
