I am using SW2011 with SP3.

Our release process for drawings includes changing the revision scheme from numeric (in development) to alpha. So when a drawing is released the revision table gets filled with a standard row of:

Revision "A", Description "Released", Date "filled with today's date", Approval "me".

I am sure a macro can be developed, but is there a way to save a row of a revision table into the library? The drag-and-drop would be nicer than repeatedly typing "Released".
