Hi All

I have a model of a solid grip wrench. I have ran two separate studies on this model. One with small displacement and the other with large displacement flag on. The difference between resultant Von-mises stresses and also displacements are significant (almost 2:1). I couldn't figure out what the reason is. I would appreciate if someone can give me some advice. I have attached a few images of the wrench assembly. I had two simplify the Tungsten tab on the jaws and I have defined a bonded contact set between the tabs and the pipe.
