I am trying to finish an upgrade to 2019. The File Version Upgrade Tool has had some difficulty with a particular assembly. It hangs, and I have to "Cancel" the batch. I did this twice. The second time, I cannot do a restart because the system tells me its locked by another user. I was wondering if there was a flag in the file itself that I can change. I'm guessing the hard stop did not allow the tool to update the file properly.

Is there a flag in the instruction file that I can change? I'm guessing it would be in this section somewhere. Exit code maybe?
