Hy,

Today i had a very strange problem with SolidWorks 2013 x64 and its Resource Monitor.

System Specs:

Xeon @ 3,4 GHz

12 GB Ram

Win 7 x64

SolidWorks Premium 2013 x64

So i was working, and then the Resource Monitor claimed "Not enough resources - you'll may lose data"

So i looked that up in my taskmanager.

about 6 GB of free Ram, only 25% CPU usage, 206 GB of free HDD space for Tempfiles and stuff.

and then, 10 seconds later SW crashed.

Why the hell it crashes, if there are more than enough resources available?!

with x64 i should be able to use all of my Ram...so im wondering why this doesn't work?

And the Simulation which was running at the same moment, is still running. Only SW crashed and the hstat.exe seems to continue its work...

that's kind of strange, too...i think...
