I am using the same sheet format that I used in SW2015 and when I resize a view, a second sheet format appears, which is difficult to delete.  I have to delete all the sheet formats (original and Border3), go back to drawing to confirm there are not sheet formats, then add a sheet format.  If I change scale of a view or mess with the views much, a 2nd sheet format (Border3) appears.

Is this a software bug or do I need to rebuild my drawing template?
