With a macro, is there a quick way to resize an image if there is an object in the image of known size (like the diameter of a quarter).

Ideally, I'd like to drop in the image, trace a circle around the quarter, use the ratio of diameter of the traced circle and the diameter quarter to then resize the image to its proper size.

Is this something that is even do-able?
