I am new to solidworks but not to CAD.  When doing the tutorials, my toolbars got moved around and some are now hidden and not useable.  The user interface is now messed up.  Is there a way to setting the user interface to factory settings?  I'd like to have the screen view to be the same as when I first installed solid works.

Two problems working through tutorials:

(a) If I accidentally undo a step, I am unable to redo it,

(b) It is hard to find the options on the menu when it calls for "on the such and such ", do this.
