I cannot seem to get the new Component renaming feature in 2016.

2016 What's New in SOLIDWORKS - Renaming Components in the FeatureManager Design Tree

I have tried using new 2016 parts, renaming from the properties but I can only get the old feature to prompt. Update component names when documents are replaced is checked.
