As the title says. A file is checked out, renamed to be uppercase. Once clicked off the file, within about 5 seconds, it automatically changes back to lowercase.  Why?  There are many other files that are uppercase.  But renaming a file to make it uppercase automatically changes back to lowercase.

Any way to fix that?
