BGS->BoltGaikaChaiba->virt1.

If you rename virt1 fired FeatureManagerTreeRebuildNotify, event RenameItemNotify not fired - fired only if BoltGaikaChaiba is resolved and subscribe to the event RenameItemNotify. How, then, to learn that the name virt1 changed to another?
