Hi I would like to create Solidworks API to select a face and rename it to a certain name after the code is run 

After running through the code , it will be names something like this .

I would like to use a useform to prompt the user to select the face like this

However, I am abit lost and dont really know how to start, if someone could help me figure this out , it would be of tremendous help!
