All of a sudden my assembly is showing the "light weight" blue feathers on most of my parts and assemblies.

How do I get rid of them?

I've tried selecting "Set to Resolved" on them, but when I close/re-open my assembly, they're still there.

Also, I've lost a lot of my options under "System Options / Performance" (Many items are now un-selectable).

How do I get those options back?

I'm sure these 2 questions/problems are related.
