Hi:

For me and the vast majority of my customers, registration of the add-in I created works great.  But I've come across two customers that are unable to get registration to work.  They run the following in an admistrator DOS prompt:

regsvr32 mydll.dll

The "DLL successfully registered" message appears, but the add-in is missing from the SolidWorks Add-ins list.

If I create an installer, which I do for many customers, the regsvr32 call within the installer works perfect.  Only the manual DOS approach doesn't work.  Again, it appears to work but the dll is missing from the SolidWorks Add-in list.

Any ideas?
