Regarding Thermal heating on a thin wall or layer

Hi,

Can anyone help me or guide me regarding heating a thin layer like 0.2 or 0.3mm thick of plastic heated at 100c, my case is I am heating a plastic container for food in a microwave oven and I want to do thermal, then static then fatigue to check how many times I can do heating in a PP(polypropylene) plastic before it breaks, at least will give me an estimate or an idea, the heated part is a split line on a surface I used all necessary method in doing so with 45 convection coefficient and the ambient inside microwave oven I put 30c since it is not directly heated, I mean the food is the one heated, my PROBLEM is, i cannot do Fatigue analysis directly from thermal alone, it tells me I need static study at least, Im using SW 2020, but the problem is when i do static analysis it fails, maybe due to overly large displacement or something, so I cannot estimate the Fatigue since I cannot do a static analysis, I also tried transient, same fate.

Is there a way I can overcome heating a thin wall like 0.2 or 0.3mm then have a result in Thermal?, thank you to the one who can help me..
