I have a vague recollection of seeing a document that describes how SW decides how to locate referenced files; the order in which is searches directories.  For example, when opening an assembly, SW checks XYZ directory and if the file is not found, it looks in ABC directory, and if it's still not found, it kicks out an error.  Can anyone help me find this information?
