I am creating an assembly drawing and am trying to create a note that says something like the note outlined in the black box below:

Essentially, I want to "label" a dimension as X, Y, Z, etc and also be able to reference it's actual value. Is there a way to do this in a single dimension? I have tried simply using a note to create the "label", but I can't reference that note from another one.

Does anyone have any suggestions for how to do this?
