When you get a moment I wonder if you could give me a little assistance? This has been happening several times a day. I will right click on an item and get the latest version then when I try to open the item I am stuck with this screen. And I am unable to close any of the PDM message boxes and I have to go into the Task Manager and to close PDM from there.

Any thoughts.  We have been using EPDM for a couple of years and never had this error.

BTW, we are using version 2014 currently.  Critical projects have delayed our update to 2015 or 2016 EPDM
