I've opened a large assembly with about 3000 components, and I wanted to reduce the open time. On the performance evaluation I saw that I had many files that were modified on open. 

• how can I reduce the number of files in this list?  when I click 'save all' I understand that it only saves the top level components. so do I need to manually open each file in the list and save it?
• I also had the message 'assembly not up to date' right when the assembly finished loading. why is this happening?
