Hi,

I'm trying to record a simple video of me manipulating an assembly (not a motion study, just me moving the assembly around freely in space).  No matter what settings I use in the Record Video interface, the result is very choppy, and much faster than what I recorded (it's choppy when I'm recording, as well).  I'd be surprised if it was my hardware as I have a pretty fast machine (quad core i7 overclocked to 4 GHz, 1GB video card, 8 GB RAM).  Anyone have this issue before?  Is there a solution?
