I have a customer who is experiencing rebuild errors on a weld bead part of an assembly that he cannot get to go away even after a forced rebuild.

He is running SW2008 SP1.0. I was able to open the assembly in SW2010 SP 4.0 with no rebuild errors.

Any suggestions would be great!  Thanks!
