Decals, decals, decals.....Awwwww the freken decals.

They look great in Photoworks, but not so much in drawings, or not at all.

Here's the issue, I create a perfectly flat "decal", as a part, using split lines to create the "artwork" or "wording" whatever, and guess what????  The artwork will not show on the drawing.  This is where "for drawing purposes" an actual cut is best to obtain the visual appearance of the artwork.  Then, once the part is inside of the assembly, there is no way "that i can find" to wrap itself onto a surface...Hummmmmm.
