I am having an issue with adding things and lines into dimensions placed with the hole callout function.  I have a hole that has a clearance hole for a shoulder bolt and a press fit bronze bushing that goes into it.  However I went to edit the dimension and it is marked as "Read Only" and I cannot uncheck this box.  This isn't the first time I've come across this issue and am wondering if there is a way to edit these dimensions as not all dimensions/notes that I place into my drawings using this command are marked as read only.

Does anyone know how to edit these dimensions or atleast make it so they no longer place as "Read Only"?
