Re-folding shape with no flats - sheet metal

Hello all,

I am absolutely stuck on an issue.  I started off with an arc, which I extruded to sheet metal.  I unfolded and started applying holes and such.  I then extrude cut all the geometry I didn't need on the outside, BUT left with a path that has no flats.  The issues now lies I don't have anyway to refold it back.  I have even tried creating new flanges and such, in order to fake it out.

I know this shape could never truly be made out of sheet metal, but it doesn't matter since it is a piece of felt.  The flat state is needed for die cutting and the curved shape will show how it is being wrapped around a mating part, that is why I am doing it in sheet metal.

Any help appreciated!

Thanks!

Mike
