I've been trying since early morning (New Zealand time) to download Service Pack 5.0. The Installation Manager is currently on its fourth attempt to download and 6 hours later it's not even half way through!

Couldn't our VAR's host these files?

When recently downloading 2010 I had the same slow download, it's driving me nuts!

Just tested my download speeds via http://www.speedtest.net so I'm guessing the problem isn't at my end, refer image below.
