One of the users in our group has experienced something odd. He opened up an old file from 2015 and some of the text on the menus is French. The funny thing is that the menus are in English when he opens up a newer file. Has anyone encountered this before?

We are using Solidworks 2017, Windows 7, and HP Z-Books.
