Fellow SW users

We are looking to upgrade RAM on our HP Z200 machines ( we have 3). Currently running 8G on 2 machines and 16G on the other. With the install of SW2014 in the near future what would be the rcommended RAM to run this...we often have large assemblies. Graphic cards are FX1800's

Management is suggesting 16G per machine...I am thinking 32G per machine. Would there be a noticable difference between these two options?
