Anyone have an biographical information on R.R.Moore, the man (?) who invented the fatigue tester? I can't find anything about him except a paper he wrote in 1927. Looking for what R.R. stands for, nationality, and anything on the history of the machine. I am currently teaching a design of component class and of course his name came up.
