First is it correct to add a datum reference to a radial dimension?

Second which way should it look?

If I select the dimension then click to add datum feature it gives me datums attached to the line, like H and J.

If I select the dimension second, once I am in the datum feature tool it adds the datum below the text, like C and G.

How can I fix the overlap when adding to a bilaterally toleranced dimension, like G?

How can I fix the alignment on line as datum is attached to midpoint and I am unable to reattach it or change relation?
