Question on converting simple loft to sheet metal parts to flatten / flamecut

Hi All,

I'd like to know the best way to take a lofted part and make it into 4 sheet metal pieces.  New to the sheet metal capabilities of SW and have done some reading on it.  I see that you can draw 2 open profiles then use lofted sheet metal bend but I don't think there is an option to have the parts follow a profile curve which is what I'm using to create to loft using the standard feature loft.  Basically (and please let me know if I went about this the wrong way ) I drew 2 center rectangles at a specified distance apart using a new plane, then took half of that distance and drew a circle to create the "cave in" effect with the loft bowing inward.  Then opened a 3d sketch and used 3 point arc using the corners of the rectangles and coincident with point on circle, and finally used the shell feature to maintain 1/4" thick walls.  In any case, you can see this from the screenshot and part itself.  Trying to make the loft into 4 sheet metal parts 1/4" thick so I can flatten each, then flamecut them and have them rolled for our shop foreman.  I'd like to have the 4 corners meet on inside for corner to corner 1/4" welds on outside.  Thanks for any help!
