Quality Video Renders

Hi Folks,

Just wondering what part of solidworks i have to use to do high quality videos of assemblies in motion and fly through's etc. ? i had to do a little 10sec clip of a moving part the other day and struggled through it with a motion study but the quality wasn't the best and it seemed a little painful. is there a better way to achieve this? i am happy to learn on my own, so not after specifics on HOW to do it, but i would like to learn the easiest way rather than teach myself bad habits or the wrong thing all together. so what should i be studying? Motion Studies or photoworks? also does anyone have any good resources for learning them? e.g. specific video tutorials or the like? i had a look on YouTube the other day but struggled to find anything that explained in detail the use of these things from the very beginning for a new user of these.

thanks in advance for any help.
