Hello,

My company currently sends out 2D, single view prints (with only pertinent dimensions drawn) at customer's request.  We have many requests for solid models of our product, but we do not send them out because of reverse engineering concerns.  Any ideas, other than creating new, much simpler, models?  Ideally, the files would be rather small and without any kind of design tree.  Some parts in our assemblies are translucent due to being represented in an open position and we'd like to maintain this translucency, so saving as an STL file doesn't work.
