Ok, I'm liking the property tab builder but I don't know how to link two properties to match.

Here's my project:  I have an XLS vendor list with phone numbers.  What 'm trying to  do is match the phone number to the vendor.

My template has 'Vendor' and 'Phone' and my XLS has vendors in A1-A50, then matching phone numbers in B1-B50.

Can I link these within the builder so that when Vendor =  A3, the property 'Phone" will = B3 ? 

Seems I should be able to do this within the properties.prtprp file ?  .... I just don't know how... or even the syntax. (if any?)  :|
