I have built a template using the custom property tab builder, and directed soliworks to its location and it seems to apply the properties to my part files as intended, however, I was wondering if there was a way to stop it from applieing the properties untill I choose a template.  I am trying to build templates for differt types of parts and I don't want the properties applied untill I have chosen a template.  Right now it applies the properties as soon as I start a new part file.  Is there a way to do this?
