My property manager does not show when I launch it until i hover over the area with mouse pointer, and then it gets displayed piece by piece as I keep moving the pointer side to side.

Solidworks 2015, SP3 running on (Laptop) Dell M6800 With AMD Firepro M6100 FireGLV with driver 13.352.1014.1002 (Video card is approved from solidworks along with driver). 16GB ram.

I had the same problem with Solidworks 2014, but is a lot worse in 2015. It happens every time in 2015 when I try to create planes or mates, while 2014 it used to happen  when doing mates in assemblies most of the time and rarely at part level.
