I get a 1/2 - 1 second lag for the property manager to open up whenever I create or edit dimension, balloon, view, or text.  The mouse also gets "stuck" during this lag.  Granted, this is a very small period of time but its very noticeable especially if you are editing a large number of items on a drawing.

Anyone else experience this?  See sig for system info.

BTW, I tried resetting my user settings in the registry to see if that helped, no luck.
