We are currently using EPDM 2015 SP2. This will be my first upgrade to EPDM. What's the best practice for upgrading EPDM to a new year version? Our VAR recommends getting a test server and mimicking the vault, then upgrade and document the process. I'm asking our company server IT team about this as well. But just seeking some general info from other users too. Any other suggestions? Any pitfalls? Warnings? Or how do you do it? Thank you!
