I have created a cone out of a single line revolve that I added thickness to. Let's say I revolve it around 359.4 degrees and insert bends on it so i can flatten it out, it works just fine, but if i change the revolve to 359.5 degrees I get an error that says "could not create bend with the given radius". I am needing to be able to do more than 359.4 degrees so i can close the gap between the ends of the sheet a little more. I am attaching the file, so any input on this or even a better way to do this would be greatly appreciated.
