I'm attempting to create a model in flow simulation. Basically, it is a circuit board with 160 chips bonded to it and air being forced over it. Do you need to have a separate thermal interface for each chip or can one interface be assigned to all 160 chips? They're all the same size.SolidworksFlow Simulation
