I have an assembly that uses holes series, everything was fine untill today I opened the assembly make some changes. After I made a few changes (added a part and subassembly, corrected a few mates). I notices that the holes on wither side of each other were offset. Has anyone ever encountered this and better yet found a solution?

The holes with red arrows are the ones offset from one another, I have the same parttern on the other side that is allso offset. The ones circled in blue seem to be fine.
