Hello,

After desinstalling SW 2011 on Windows XP due to problems to get some menus displayed, it’s now impossible to use the installation manager to get it reinstalled. It jams on the first screen. The buttons are inactive (it’s the same on the first screen for the administrative image) but it runs on another computer with the same configuration.

The license and source are legal.

Why? It’s not due to SW, but to the program needed for display (menus and installation files). Does anybody have a solution?
