I'm having trouble accessing the customer portal. There used to be a link on the SW home page to the portal. That has gone. Now when I log into the customer portal it diverts straight to an offer for SW exams. In true SW style I tried accessing one of these exams and it didn't work. Rather than spend another half day trying to work how to get it to work I have chosen to ignore the offer. Trouble is I cannot. It keeps popping up everytime I go to log into the customer portal. I have troble accessing the Cutomer Portal.

Could someone in SolidWorks get rid of this annoyance or can someone tell me who is supposed to be the someone responsible for getting rid of this annoyance.

This is running concurrently with another problem with my user name and also follows a long debacle some time back where my VAR had to put him name into the system so I could get access to the forums. It took me a long time to get SolidWorks to change that name so my name was displayed. Now I've got these other problems.

I've posted on many different forums. Most with companies that have nothing to do with software and fankly have never had this amount of stuffing around.

Please someone fix this or tell me to whom I should report the problem.
