I'm having a problem with the UI, and I seem unable to fix it. SolidWorks starts up just fine, but when I try to open a part, new or old, what I can only describe as the top toolbar drops down and covers most of the screen. (See image.) For the life of me, I cannot find a way to scroll it back up, and I cannot bring anything else into it. I can sometimes get it smaller by playing with the window size, but never to its normal size.

The program worked fine until recently, but then started doing this one day, even though I changed no settings—certainly not one that would cause this. I've tried resetting the registries, but to no avail. Short of reinstalling it, which I may have to do, I'm running out of ideas.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? And if so, was a means to fix it ever discovered? Thanks.
